Once you have completed the application form and been successful at the paper sift, you will be invited to an assessment centre.

The assessment centres are held on a weekend and consist of:

• Interview
• PIRT test (Police Initial Recruitment Test)
• Fitness test

You must be successful on all three sections to be offered position of Special Constable with Cambridgeshire Constabulary.
