Boatwatch is a scheme re-launched in 2008 by Cambridgeshire Constabulary, the Association of Nene River Clubs, the Environment Agency and the Great Ouse Boating Association. These agencies work together to tackle the problems of crime and anti-social behaviour occurring on our waterways. We also liaise with other interested organisations as appropriate to ensure we are effectively targeting crime hotspots along the waterways to make boating safe and enjoyable for all.

Membership of the scheme is free of charge, and members receive a crime prevention pack and members can also register their email addresses to receive regular updates about crime and anti-social behaviour on the waterways.
